- Half of a small seedless watermelon, diced (about 2 cups)
- Red onion, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, dice
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (two if you like it hot)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt, more to taste if desired.
