Crispy Skin Baked Potato
The classic potato is always the perfect side for your steak or protein main dish. Don’t forget to eat the skin.
Ingredients
- Russet potato
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe
Preheat your oven to 450ºF. Scrub the skin of your russet potatoes and dry with paper towel. Poke the potatoes several times all over with a fork. Rub lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake directly on the middle rack for 45 – 60 minutes, depending on the size and number of potatoes. Let stand for a few minutes, then cut down the middle and load with your favorite toppings and serve!
