 | Richard Gonzales – General Manager
Rich has been in the produce and floral business for more than 20 years, notably as Vice
President with Ready Pac Foods and President of Salad Time Farms, a division of Tanimura &
Antle, Inc. Rich has done everything from cutting fresh flowers and stacking bottles of
wine to running a multi-national business. He has spent many years working with customers
and growers alike to develop new products, new processes, and new ideas to help improve
consumer satisfaction and returns to the grower and customer. Rich joined L&M Companies in
2008. He has a degree in Industrial Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA
from Columbia University in New York, and speaks both English and Spanish.

 | John Long – Sales Manager
John has come a long way since his first days in the industry, starting in 1975 in the
accounting and shipping departments with Stadelman Fruit Company. In 1979, John found his
home in fruit sales with Stadelman Fruit. Later, he joined Holtzinger Fruit Company where
he continued his sales career for 20 years. In 2003, John became a key component at L&M
Companies. Throughout his career, he has sold apples, pears, cherries, stone fruit, and
various other products grown in the Northwest.

Carrie Mack – Office Manager
Carrie’s career in Accounting began over 15 years ago. After starting with an accounting
firm, she soon heard the produce industry calling her name and has called it home ever
since. Carrie has certainly worn many hats: she has handled payroll for warehouses and
orchards, employee insurance plans, as well as accounts receivable, collections, and sales
reporting. Since joining L&M in 2003, she has continued to accept numerous
responsibilities.

Brock Remy – Supply Chain Manager
Born and raised in Yakima, Brock earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington
State University. After college, he began his career as a security broker. Soon, however,
the fruit trees started calling his name, and in 2003 Brock joined L&M. He started an
Account Coordinator and now L&M is proud to have him as our Supply Chain Manager. Brock is
currently in the MBA program at Washington State University.

 Jessica Thomas – Production / Food Chain Coordinator
When it comes to quality product, Jessica knows the importance of understanding and meeting
customer expectations. Jessica began her career in the produce industry at Rowe Farms in
the receiving and shipping department, and then moved on to work for Allan Bros. In 2007,
she obtained her SQF Food Safety certificate as a Practitioner, allowing her to run Allan
Bros.’ Food Safety Program and successfully maintain the SQF Program. For the past three
years, Jessica has worked with L&M, where she oversees food safety requirements, production,
mapping of inventory, and quality of packed product.

 Eitan Drori – QA Manager
Eitan’s extensive experience in produce began in 1972, in Israel at The Mikveh Israel
Agriculture School, where he received his degree in Export Citrus Production. Still looking
to expand his knowledge, Eitan attended the Technion-Israeli Technological Institute where
he earned a certificate in Production of Management Studies. While in school, he began his
career as a Production Manager at Tnuva Export Company / Bilu Packing House, identifying
citrus diseases and designing, implementing, and monitoring safety procedures. Eleven years
later, Eitan moved to the United States, and began working for Lemon Twist Ranch in
Fallbrook, California as a Marketing and Sales Director. Eitan also has experience as a
Sales Manager at Emmanuel Growers, Packing House Manager for Highland Fruit Growers, and
Quality Control at IM EX Trading Company. Eitan joined L&M Companies in 2005.

 Donna Feltrup – Export Sales Specialist
Exporting apples is Donna’s specialty. She is fluent in English, Japanese, and French, and
has spent time in Japan working for Japan’s largest retailer, The Daiei Inc. With Daiei,
she had numerous duties as a produce coordinator – inspecting, buying, and coordinating
shipments. After 13 years with Daiei, she moved to Pacific International Marketing, where
she began selling apples to various export countries. When an opportunity arose in Yakima
in apple exports, Donna moved and has called Yakima home ever since. She has been a vital
part of expanding L&M’s export business, and has been with us for five years.

 Lon Hudson – Sales Specialist
Lon’s daily sales reach from Canada to Mexico and everything in between; his produce
knowledge spans over 20 years, from shipping to managing major sales accounts. Lon gained
much of his produce and organic knowledge with a Seattle wholesale company, and has now been
a vital part of the L&M team for over three years, as both a Sales Specialist and Organic
Sales Specialist.

 Heather Miller – Sales Specialist
Heather joined L&M Companies in 2007 as an Organic Account Coordinator, and in 2009, began
working as a Sales Specialist. Heather graduated from Washington State University with a
bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Communications.

 Josh Tunstall – Sales Specialist
Josh is not afraid to call himself a cherry expert. He has been in the Washington fruit
industry for four years, working intensely in the orchards, bins, and sheds to find the
fruit a home on retail shelves. Josh started his career as a
Sales Assistant, moving his way up to Account Manager. He specializes in retail, wholesale,
and export services. L&M Companies welcomed Josh in 2009.

 Jim Sharer – Sales Specialist
Jim’s fresh produce sales career dates back to 1982 in Salinas, California. There, he
worked for Castle and Cook Company’s “Dole of California,” Cal World, and Son’s Carrot
Company. In 1991, Jim moved back home to Yakima and began selling tree fruit. Jim knows fresh produce sales are very much about each day, and to succeed, Jim says,
“Determination and consistent quality are keys to success.” Since joining L&M in 2009, L&M is lucky to have Jim on
board, each and every day.

 Tammy Shirley – Account Coordinator
Tammy’s career and love for produce began at the age of 15 while sorting apples during
school vacations. She started her professional career with a small co-op where she worked
in payroll / accounting, sales support, and sales marketing. In 2006, she joined L&M
Companies where she is currently an Account Coordinator.

 Keith Horder – Director of Business Development
For 40 years, Keith has worked in the produce industry; he brings an incredible wealth of industry knowledge and experience to L&M. Keith started his
career with Kohl’s, where he worked retail for a number of years, then
moved his way up to Head Buyer and eventually became the Director of Procurement.
Keith has also been Vice President of Marketing at Turbana Fruit Co., Corporate
Manager of Produce Merchandising at Supervalu, Director of Sales and Marketing at
Rainier Fruit, and Director of Procurement at Safeway. In 2003, Keith retired from
Safeway and started a consulting business. Keith joined L&M Companies officially in 2009.

 Stewart Lang – Regional Marketing Director
Stewart is L&M’s Regional Marketing Manager in Canada; he brings diverse and
key expertise to this position. Stewart joined L&M following his position with the
Washington Apple Commission, which makes him uniquely qualified to partner with retailers
in building their apple, pear, and cherry business. He has more than 30 years of experience
in retail produce, merchandising, marketing, and food service operations in Canada. Stewart
will continue to work from his home office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

 Donna Noy - Accounting Generalist
Donna began her fruit career in 1982, learning to sort and pack apples, pears, and cherries. After getting top quality,
hands-on experience, she worked with a few other warehouses along the way, holding numerous responsibilities. In 1999, she entered the sales side of the fruit industry, and in 2001 joined L&M
where she has held duties as both Sales Support and Accounts Payable.
