L&M Expands Potato Packing Operations
L&M is excited to announce they have recently expanded their Palatka, FL potato operations. The expansion doubles the facility’s packing capabilities, as well as its
cooling capacities – allowing extended product shelf life. To improve L&M’s “one-stopshop” capabilities, the facility can pack russets and all three colored varieties simultaneously.
L&M has created many advantages through the expansion. With the additional loading and unloading space, the facility provides quick truck turn-around.
